Full-service TikTok advertising, in depth

Ten areas of work, one accountable team. Each one below describes what we do, how we do it on TikTok specifically and what you receive. Pick the parts you need or take the whole chain.

Website development and landing pages

Traffic from TikTok behaves differently from search traffic. Visitors arrive on a phone, mid-scroll, often with the sound still on, and they decide within a few seconds whether the page matches the video they just watched. We design and build sites and landing pages for that moment: fast on cellular connections, vertical in layout, with the offer, the proof and the next step visible without scrolling.

For businesses starting from zero we build the full site: structure, copy, design, development, hosting setup, domain and email configuration, forms and the privacy and consent pieces the law requires. For businesses with an existing site we build dedicated landing pages that match each creative angle, so the page continues the story the ad started. E-commerce stores get product pages tuned for the TikTok Shop and video shopping ads flow; lead generation businesses get short forms or booking flows with instant confirmation.

What you receive

  • Mobile-first site or landing pages, built on a stack you own and can edit
  • Page speed tuned for cellular connections and TikTok's in-app browser
  • Message match between each creative angle and its landing page
  • Forms, booking or checkout wired to your CRM or store and to the Pixel and Events API
  • Privacy policy, consent handling and accessibility basics included

What we set up

  • TikTok Business Center as the owner of every asset, with roles for your team and partner access for ours
  • Ads Manager account, billing, payment method and business verification
  • TikTok Pixel and Events API connection, with standard and custom events
  • TikTok Shop registration, catalog sync and video shopping ads eligibility where relevant
  • GA4 property, Google Tag Manager container and consent configuration
  • Creator Marketplace and Spark Ads authorization workflow

Platform account setup and registrations

Most account problems we are asked to fix later were created on day one: an Ads Manager opened under an employee's personal login, a Pixel created in the wrong Business Center, a Shop registered to the wrong legal entity, a payment method that fails verification mid-campaign. We prevent all of that by setting up the stack in the correct order and in your company's name.

The sequence matters. Business Center first, because it owns everything. Then the Ads Manager account with billing and business verification, then the Pixel with Events API, then TikTok Shop and catalog if you sell physical products, then the connections to GA4 and Tag Manager. We document every ID, login path and permission in a handover sheet, so your team is never locked out and can audit who has access at any time.

Once the structure exists, we configure the pieces that let campaigns run well from launch: event rules, conversion values, attribution windows, audience sources and the authorization flow for Spark Ads.

Campaign strategy and launch

Before any budget is spent we write a short strategy document that your team can read in ten minutes. It defines the business goal, the target cost per result, the offer, the audiences we will test, the creative angles, the campaign structure and how we will pace the budget through the first 90 days. It also says what we will not do, which is just as useful.

On TikTok the structural decisions are concrete. Which objective fits: website conversions, product sales through Shop, app promotion, lead generation with instant forms or traffic for a top-of-funnel test. Where Smart+ campaigns, TikTok's automated setup, are the right call and where a manual campaign gives us control that is worth the extra work. Whether to start with interest and behavior targeting, broad targeting, or lookalikes seeded from Pixel and customer data. How many ad groups and creatives we need to exit the learning phase without fragmenting the budget.

Launch day follows a checklist: tracking verified with live test events, landing pages tested on a phone through TikTok's in-app browser, ad copy and captions reviewed against policy, budgets and schedules confirmed, and a monitoring plan for the first 72 hours.

What you receive

  • A written strategy with goal, target cost per result and 90-day budget plan
  • Campaign structure: objectives, Smart+ versus manual, audiences, bid strategy
  • Creative angle map tied to audiences and landing pages
  • Launch checklist with tracking verification and policy review
  • First 72 hours monitored daily with a written launch report

What you receive

  • A creative batch every one to two weeks: new hooks, angles, edits and captions
  • Scripts and shot lists your team can film on a phone, or production handled by us
  • Vertical 9:16 edits with native sound, on-screen text and clear calls to action
  • Creator sourcing and briefs through TikTok Creator Marketplace
  • Spark Ads setup: authorization codes, post selection and paid amplification
  • Use of TikTok Symphony creative tools for variations and localization where they help

Creative production: UGC-style video, Spark Ads and creators

On TikTok the creative is the targeting. The algorithm decides who sees your ad largely by how people react to the first two seconds, so we treat creative production as a continuous pipeline rather than a one-time shoot. Each batch tests distinct hooks: a question, a demonstration, a mistake to avoid, a before and after, a creator's honest reaction. We film in native UGC style, vertical 9:16, sound on, with captions for viewers who watch muted and a visible call to action.

Spark Ads let us boost organic posts from your account or from creators who have authorized us, so the ad carries real engagement and keeps earning comments and follows. We source creators through TikTok Creator Marketplace, write the briefs, manage approvals and handle the authorization codes. When a post performs organically, it becomes a paid asset within hours.

Creative fatigue on TikTok arrives fast, usually within one to two weeks for a winning video at meaningful spend. We watch hook rate and frequency per creative and retire assets before cost per result climbs, replacing them with the next batch already in production. TikTok Symphony creative tools help us generate variations, captions and translations quickly, but the angle, the script and the judgment remain human.

Ongoing management and optimization

Management is where most of the value is created or lost after launch. We check every account daily for pacing, delivery issues, disapprovals and anomalies, and we make the decisions that matter weekly: which creatives to scale or retire, which audiences to expand or exclude, where to move budget, whether a bid cap or a cost cap is needed, and whether a campaign should move into Smart+ or out of it.

We work with TikTok's learning phase rather than against it. Frequent edits reset learning and waste budget, so we batch changes, raise budgets in measured steps and avoid restructuring campaigns that are converting. Negative work matters too: excluding converted customers, excluding placements such as the Pangle network when they underperform for your goal, and using interest, behavior and lookalike audiences deliberately rather than stacking everything into one ad group.

Every change is written into an optimization log with the date, the reason and the expected effect. You can read it at any time, and we review it together in the weekly meeting.

What you receive

  • Daily account checks for pacing, delivery, policy flags and tracking anomalies
  • Weekly optimization of bids, budgets, audiences, placements and creative rotation
  • Creative fatigue monitoring per asset with planned replacements
  • Audience hygiene: exclusions, lookalike refresh, retargeting windows
  • A dated optimization log you can audit at any time

What you receive

  • TikTok Pixel with standard and custom events mapped to your funnel
  • Events API server-side events with deduplication and advanced matching
  • GA4 and Google Tag Manager configuration with consistent event naming
  • Conversion values passed for purchases and leads so return can be measured
  • Monthly tracking health check and a written fix list

Tracking and analytics

Optimization is only as good as the signal. We implement the TikTok Pixel for browser events and the Events API for server-side events, deduplicated with shared event IDs, so that purchases, leads, add to carts and app events reach TikTok even when browsers block scripts. Advanced matching with hashed customer data improves match quality and feeds better lookalikes.

Alongside TikTok's own measurement we set up GA4 and Google Tag Manager with the same event names and values, which gives you a second, independent view of what the traffic does on your site. For e-commerce we pass order values and product data; for lead generation we pass lead quality stages back from your CRM when the system allows it, so the algorithm optimizes toward qualified leads rather than form fills.

We also set expectations about attribution. TikTok's click-through and view-through windows, GA4's model and your sales records will never agree to the dollar, so we show them side by side and explain the gaps instead of hiding them.

Reporting dashboards with plain-language commentary

You get a live dashboard, updated daily, that combines TikTok Ads Manager data with GA4 and your sales or CRM numbers. It shows spend, results, cost per result and return on ad spend at the campaign, ad group and creative level, plus the creative diagnostics that explain why: hook rate, hold rate, average watch time, click-through rate and frequency.

Numbers alone do not help an owner make decisions, so every week we add a written commentary in plain language. What changed, why it changed, what we did about it and what we are testing next. Once a month the commentary expands into a review of the month and a roadmap for the next 30 days.

What you receive

  • Live dashboard with TikTok, GA4 and sales data side by side
  • Creative-level diagnostics: hook rate, hold rate, CTR, frequency, CPA
  • Weekly written commentary in plain language
  • Monthly review and 30-day roadmap

How the meeting runs

  • Fixed weekly slot, 30 to 45 minutes, with the people who run your account
  • Agenda sent in advance: results, decisions needed, approvals, your questions
  • Written summary and action items the same day
  • Shared channel for urgent items between meetings

A weekly meeting with every client

Every client has a standing weekly meeting with the team that actually works in their account, not an account manager relaying messages. We review the week's numbers, explain the changes we made, ask for the approvals we need on creative and budget, and answer your questions. Owners tell us this is where the engagement earns its keep: decisions get made quickly, and nothing sits in an inbox for two weeks.

The meeting is also where we learn about your business: a new product, a seasonal push, a stock problem, a competitor's move. That information changes what we do in the account the same week.

Blog and content generation for your site

Paid traffic works harder when the site behind it has depth. Each month we write articles and page copy for your site that answer the questions your buyers actually ask, support the angles running in the ads and give retargeting audiences something useful to come back to. Content is written for people first, with clear structure, and it earns organic visits over time that cost nothing per click.

Because we see which hooks and objections perform in the ads, the content plan is grounded in data: the question that stops the scroll in a video becomes the article that answers it in full. Scripts, captions and on-site copy stay consistent in voice.

What you receive

  • Monthly articles for your blog, researched and edited, published on your site
  • Page copy for new landing pages and offers
  • Topic plan tied to the hooks and objections observed in campaigns
  • Basic on-page SEO: titles, descriptions, structure, internal links

What you receive

  • Monthly conversion review: funnel drop-offs, device and page speed issues
  • Landing page and offer tests with a written hypothesis and result
  • Form, checkout and booking flow improvements
  • Monthly roadmap covering ads, creative, site, tracking and content

Conversion rate optimization and the monthly roadmap

Lowering cost per acquisition has two levers: cheaper, better traffic and a higher share of visitors who convert. The second lever compounds, because every improvement to the page applies to every future click. Each month we review the funnel from ad to conversion, find the step where TikTok visitors drop and test a change: a shorter form, a different first screen, a clearer price, faster load, a video on the page that matches the ad.

The monthly roadmap puts all of this in one place. It lists the priorities for the next 30 days across campaigns, creative, landing pages, tracking and content, with an owner and a reason for each item. You always know what we are working on and why.
