What we collect
The only personal information this website collects is what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, company name, website address, the budget range and goal you select, and your message. When the form is submitted, our server also records the date and time, your IP address, your browser's user agent string and the host name of the site, which we use to detect abuse and to confirm the message came from this site.
We do not collect payment information through this site. We do not ask for or store passwords, government identifiers or other sensitive categories of information.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to reply to your inquiry, to prepare a proposal if you ask for one and to keep a record of our correspondence. If the engagement goes ahead, the information becomes part of our client file under the terms of the agreement we sign with you. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set advertising cookies and does not load third-party trackers, analytics scripts, social media widgets or advertising pixels. The only external resource the pages load is web fonts from Google Fonts, which involves your browser requesting font files from Google's servers; Google's handling of those requests is governed by Google's privacy policy. The site's own script runs only to operate the menu, the footer year and the contact form submission. Any cookies set are strictly necessary for the site to function and contain no personal information.
Where the information is stored and for how long
Contact form submissions are stored on our web server in a location that is not publicly accessible, and a copy may be sent to our business email. We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and in any case no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client or the law requires a longer period. You may ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers to run this website and our email: web hosting and content delivery, email hosting, and Google Fonts as noted above. These providers process information on our behalf and under their own security commitments. We do not permit them to use your information for other purposes.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to receive a copy of it, to correct it, to ask us to delete it, to object to or restrict certain processing and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. The site is served over an encrypted connection. Form submissions are stored in a protected location on our server with access limited to our team. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of the information.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted on this page for a reasonable period after they take effect.
